Looking for magical things to do in Dalton Park this summer. Join us from Friday 26th June to Sunday 28th June for our first ever Magic Weekend! This magical weekend is packed with enchanting entertainment, family friendly activities, and magical experiences for witches and wizards of all ages.

The Hole In Wand Dalton Park is on the retail park, located underneath Cineworld and opposite McDonald's.

Travelling by Car

From the A19 north or southbound, take the B1285, which is signposted for Murton, then follow the signs for Dalton Park.

If you are using sat-nav, enter the postcode SR7 9HU

With 1,500 spaces, Dalton Park provides ample parking, including dedicated spaces for blue badge holders. There is also dedicated coach parking and charging points for cars. 

Travelling by Rail

The nearest train station to Dalton Park is Seaham, and a bus or taxi would likely be needed, as it is 2.8 miles away.

Children aged 3 and over are welcome. Designed to be fun for all ages — even grown-up wizards.

How long does it take?

Most groups complete the 9-hole course in around 45–60 minutes, including the potion reward at the end.

Do I need to be good at golf?

Absolutely not. This is mini golf — it's all about the fun, not the scorecard. No experience needed.

What's the maximum group size?

Larger groups are welcome — contact the venue directly for group bookings and party packages.

What if we're running late?

Get in touch with the venue as soon as possible. They'll do their best to accommodate you, but arriving on time guarantees your full slot.
